We are looking for an analytical profile with solid Rewards experience to join our global Rewards team.
About the team
Our team is a combination of Reward and Mobility specialists as well as three HQ Payroll and benefits colleagues. In Global Rewards, we are responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all strategic elements related to rewards across our organization. We are also responsible for ensuring smooth process execution of key global reward processes. As such, our scope spans from reward design principles to process and project execution, and we are currently working on updating our job architecture to ensure the right and strong foundation for our reward offerings end-to-end.
“We are an ambitious, and energetic team, dedicated to ensuring that all processes and strategies we develop are successfully embedded in and relevant to our business”, says Wandunia Pontoppidan, Senior Director, Global Rewards.
“The position will have a global reach working closely with colleagues across our 42 countries. The job has process ownership and project management responsibility and as such include a mix of annual process execution and new projects as we evolve how we work with Rewards here at Coloplast”, Wandunia continues.
Our culture is one of trust, fun and creativity, with a strong focus on quality and compliance. We are part of the People & Culture organization and work out of Humlebæk with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days/week.
The job
In collaboration with fellow reward colleagues and in close partnership with other colleagues in People and Culture and the business, this position will be responsible for:
Partnering with people leaders and HR Business Partners on position evaluations and salary recommendations for new hires and promotions at Director level and above
Country benchmarking and salary regulation preparation activities, such as salary range development and country budget establishment
Maintenance and development of Coloplast’s Job Architecture
The Long-Term Incentive process end-to-end
Support with the annual reward reporting to our executive leadership team
Support with Remuneration Committee work
Salary survey submissions (as needed)
Design, implementation and execution of new and existing global Reward initiatives
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree and 5+ years of experience working in Rewards in a multinational company, and you are strong at stakeholder relations in a global context.
You have a strong analytical mindset, an ability to comprehend complex data sets, and you can convert data into findings and recommendations that are easy to understand for our stakeholders at all levels.
You are strong in Excel and PowerPoint and you know how to balance high quality with timely deliveries. You are ambitious and always strive for great results together with your colleagues in the broader HR community.
As a person you are outgoing, convincing and trustworthy with a natural self-confidence and authority. We expect that you are structured and pay attention to detail. Confidentiality is a natural way of how you work, handling sensitive data in a confidential manner. You speak, write and read English fluently.
