Betsson Group is seeking a dynamic Global Tech Recruitment Leader to join our rapidly growing team at our head office in Malta. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to oversee a global network of 900+ techies while leading and developing our tech talent team.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a global tech talent team to achieve maximum performance, while fostering a culture of inclusion.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies for the tech & product functions to attract, select and hire the right talent
- Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize best practices and inform strategic actions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present key hiring results and strategies to senior business stakeholders and collaborate with them to support growth plans.
- Recruiting: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for senior tech hires, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about market trends and continuously implement best practices, processes and tooling in tech recruitment.
- Operations: Oversee resource planning, set clear KPIs, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to achieve targets and provide ad hoc support to your line manager and the Global HR Leadership Team when needed.
