Description:
Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in enforcing governance and compliance practices across Primary Connect Delivery and Business Teams, thereby enabling effective value delivery and minimising risks linked to achieving strategic priorities and investments.
- Partner & Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Delivery teams to activate ways of working, governance practices, enhance frameworks and program/project reporting, and facilitate key governance forums across three main pillars:
- Senior Leadership Partnership : Trusted advisory around value delivery risk. Assure confidence in project control & health, supporting team and data lead decision-making.
- Governance Controls & Value Delivery : Ensure flawless execution of Primary Connect and Customer/Partner business changes, fostering Executive confidence in value realisation through effective tracking and reporting. Enhance rigor in managing new and existing investments, ensuring delivery accountability, tracking value, risks, and mitigations, and guiding corrective actions to optimise returns.
- Continuous Improvement and Delivery Capability : Lead the evolution of a culture of continuous learning and improvement through effective ways of working. Ensure diligent application of delivery controls through continuous upskilling and practical learning experiences. Enhance capability through coaching to drive consistency and adoption of appropriate tools and standards, leveraging governance practices to improve quality outcomes.
