ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Group Insurance Lead to advise and lead client engagements. Our diverse set of backgrounds offer different perspectives and new ways of thinking. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Hands-on day-to-day operations experience and an understanding of how users intend to interact with business modules including : Product Management/Design of Canadian Group Products (someone with an underwriting background works well here)
- Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Define scope, validate design on features, user stories and acceptance criteria via hands-on in the application when necessary
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Case Onboarding and Administration
- Understanding of Flex Offering Administration
- Enrolment Operations
- Understanding of Spending Accounts and Flex Benefits enrolment
- Billing Operations
- Understanding of ASO/BASO, Taxation concepts
- Familiarity with the specificities of Quebec vs the western and other provinces
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Should have proven experience working with group client in Canada in Underwriter, Advisory, or Product Owner capacity
- Working with COTS (commercial off the shelf) vendors in implementation and advising the business features is a PLUS
- Working knowledge on SDLC and Agile based delivery
- Fluency in French is preferred
