We are looking for a
Senior Manager, Growth
for the Sales Operations & Customer Service team within our Global Service Business. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling KONE’s profitable Service Business growth globally by collaborating closely with Areas, developing enablers together with stakeholders from other business lines and functions, and ensuring business impact. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Operations & Customer Service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving two of the main cornerstones of the Service Business Commercial Approach to new heights and never-before-seen impact: Digital Growth and Growth Fundamentals
- Responsibility for driving the Sales Funnel of the Global Service Business, including ownership, accountability and drive for understanding, explaining, analysing and showing passion for Sales, the Enablers of Sales and the Salespeople in KONE Frontlines and Regions
- Close collaboration with KONE Areas and Frontlines to identify the cornerstones of global Service Sales Excellence, listening and learning with the markets to see how Global Business Line can drive value for the customer
- Ownership of the Regional Salesperson Tools, Processes and Role Descriptions in global
- Digital Growth: Ownership of the Global Service Customer Experience Strategy including Digital Channels and Customer Experience
- Growth Fundamentals: Ownership of development activities and drive for step changes in the traditional levers of Service Business growth, including but not limited to conversions, hunting mentality, account management, share-of-wallet growth levers, retention, lead handling and acquisitions
- Drive sales adoption of the Service Business Offering
- Foster a forward-looking view beyond the ongoing Strategy Period to develop the key enablers of Service Business Growth to the next level
- Engage actively with colleagues to build strong working relationships across the global teams for the benefit of the Areas and Frontlines
- Act as a Global Business Partner towards Area Service Growth stakeholders
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service business with a sales or business management scope, including either frontline or area exposure
- Proven track-record of working with sales and growth topics
- Strong commercial acumen, experience and knowledge of key Service financials
- Ability to establish structure, simplify complexity and establish presentation storylines
- Ability to understand dependencies and create clarity to support decision making rationales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and rolling out complex global and/or local programs in a matrix organization
- Business degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English
The position requires travelling for approximately 25% of your time. The position is preferably located in Espoo (Finland), but location in other KONE sites is negotiable.
