SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or business development within the banking sector, with a focus on home loans.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, financial regulations, and the specific needs of UAE NationalsExceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio.
  • Lead market analysis and adapt strategies to market changes
  • Monitor and analyze UAE nationals related market trends to drive effective strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key UAE Nationals clients/Housing programs
  • Oversee customer services strategies to enhance client satisfaction
  • Prepare and present reports on UAE Nationals Portfolio performance and strategic initiativesCollaborate with other teams within the division as well as interna/ external stakeholders to ensure that customers retention efforts align with product features and pricing strategies and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
