SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Between 6 and 9 years of post-graduate experience and a proven track record working on transactions projects, ideally on performance of HR Due Diligence / HR separations / HR integrations / corporate restructuring assignments;
  • Experience with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or Labor Law;
  • Proficiency in English AND German. French or Italian advantageous. Additional languages a plus;
  • Strong motivation to join a fast-paced environment;
  • A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion;
  • Strong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse team across functions and geographies;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to coach junior team members;
  • Proven track record in successful project management.

  • (Strategy) Corporate/Business Unit/Digital Business Building, Commercial/Customer Strategy, Operations Strategy/Supply Chain, Corporate Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, Economic Advisory;
  • (Operations) Working Capital, Transaction Tech, Deal Management & Execution, Deal HR, Value Creation/Cost Takeout, IT/Tech/Cybersecurity Due Diligence.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work on projects that span the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from HR due-diligence, HR carve-out and integration planning, day-1 readiness and HR exit readiness;
  • You will effectively link business strategy and HR, define recommendations, impact and actionable plans;
  • As a (Senior) Manager you will be responsible for project management including commercials and risk, client relationship and thought leadership in your area of expertise;
  • You will develop excellent client relationships with senior clients and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products;
  • You will lead business development activities including answering to proposal requests, upselling on existing engagements, opening up new relationships and manage / attend pursuit meetings with clients to sell work;
  • You will lead practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work;
  • You would act as a role model and develop junior team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities.
