Description:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to influence at all levels across the region.
- Ability to assist with collating and analyzing metrics to help drive the appropriate actions.
- Proficient at prioritizing/managing multiple priorities in an efficient and effective manner based on degree of importance and urgency.
- Ability to create impactful and concise presentations for Senior Leadership.
- Remote position but with travel expectations up to approx. 25%.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent significant experience.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program lead to the Regional HR Executive.
- Support and manage the Regional programme strategy and activities in accordance with agreed timelines, highlights and mitigates any risks to delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, including Directors, Senior Managers, HR Leads and Employee Communities across the region across RTX companies
- Support periodic regional council meetings with key stakeholders in region and globally
- Assist /lead periodic project reviews to ensure risks are identified and mitigated and the project is on track in accordance with timescales / budget.
