Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our team and elevate our capabilities for selling and delivering organization design projects across the Nordics and beyond. Based on your experience and deep understanding of organization design methodologies, trends and industry needs, you will lead clients and project teams through complex large-scale organizational transformation projects. This role is pivotal both for enabling our clients to deliver on their strategies and for growing our organization design market offering going forward.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Deep subject matter expertise in organization design methodologies as well as an awareness of current market trends and industry needs
- Proven track record of leading successful organization design initiatives in large, complex organizations (e.g. enterprise-level operating model and organization redesigns)
- Ability to drive business development activities and grow our commercial brand among relevant internal stakeholders over time
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Comfort working collaboratively across multiple disciplines, clients and industries as well as in direct contact with senior executives
- Ability to lead diverse teams towards common goals, foster collaboration and build organization design talent
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Manager in Organization Design, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading clients through their most complex large-scale organizational transformation projects with a focus on organization design
- Supporting clients in delivering on their strategy through operating model and organizational redesigns as well as the end-to-end implementation of these
- Leading consulting teams across countries, functions and industries to ensure excellent results and the seamless delivery of organization design projects
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives on all aspects of the organization design journey
- Leading by example, thinking innovatively and developing the team’s organization design capabilities through coaching and mentorship
- Taking responsibility to represent the team towards relevant internal stakeholders across industry and account teams to build our commercial brand
- Driving business development together with the leadership team, preparing commercial materials (SOW, RfPs etc.) and facilitating senior client presentations
