Description:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

  • Demonstrated experience in executive reward, sales reward and/or workforce reward, including the ability to coach early-career team members in basic remuneration benchmarking/data-based insight generation.
  • Proven business partnering, project management and communication skills to coordinate change initiatives spanning both internal and client stakeholder groups.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrated experience partnering with HR and/or C-Suite stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to develop industry expertise, identify client trends, and assist the Data & Analytics Consulting team in the quest to ‘tell the story behind the data’ and integrate that knowledge into product development and client interactions to provide an industry-leading client experience.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services, Technology or Not-for-Profit sectors preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sector planning process for your industry to define approaches for delivering on annual revenue retention, expansion and acquisition targets.
  • Own relationships with large existing accounts, using your understanding of client needs and in-house reward strategies to manage annual purchase agreements from proposal to contract closure.
  • Partner with a cross-functional team of experts across sales, reward analytics and reward advisory to identify potential leads, close sales, and enhance client relationships by facilitating connections to Aon’s Data Consulting and Advisory teams for custom engagements.
  • Oversee and execute data consulting services, providing custom remuneration benchmarking and other customised market insights to client leadership teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, including addressing day-to-day client requests and project managing strategic initiatives to ensure we are providing an industry-leading client experience.
  • Mentor, inspire and coach our junior team members to support their career growth and learning.
