Job Description

WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?

The Issuer Enabler Team is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who has exceptional client-facing skills, strong problem-solving skills, and is results-oriented. If you have a passion for payments, and in particular, working with 3rd party processors, to build and maintain client relationships, and growing business with these clients through contractual and operational agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of/experience working for/with an Issuer Enabler (Issuer Processor, Program Manager, Core Banking or Digital Tech partner)
  • Experience and ability to work in a client-facing role
  • Experience in a product / solutioning role within an Issuer Enabler would be desired
  • Knowledge of the Issuer Enabler ecosystem, key players, market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of management
  • Broad knowledge of the payments landscape and its key players
  • Keen sense of curiosity, and ability to think and act strategically
  • Knowledge in deal structuring
  • Ability/Experience to work highly collaboratively on a team and within an organization
  • Ability to influence others
  • Results-driven
