SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of IT management experience
  • 4+ years of leadership responsibility managing high-performing groups and teams
  • Experience in implementing Infrastructure-As-A-Service cloud hosting solutions and vendor management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ITSM principles including relevant methodologies, tools, and overall framework
  • Demonstrated record of budget and cost management experience
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Outsourced Service Desk Management experience
  • Experience leading IT transformational initiatives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, IT is responsible for overseeing all aspects of infrastructure and operations related to technology delivery within the CoMind group of companies working with both in-house and outsourced partners (MSPs). This includes on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure and SaaS solutions, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT services, and providing end-user support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee end-user service delivery, manage training, and ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Align with Enterprise Architecture to make informed hosting decisions and develop company-wide IT standards and procedures
  • Develop, deploy, and improve IT operations processes, collaborating with the business and service providers
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of infrastructure system configurations and operating procedures
  • Manage relationships with MSPs, hardware and software vendors, and other critical suppliers
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, support the DPO in data protection and GDPR compliance
  • Establish, monitor, and analyse performance metrics to ensure business and customer needs are met
  • Define, develop, and manage a comprehensive ITSM landscape based on industry best practices
  • Evaluate work processes, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and ensure transparent communication
  • Support regulatory compliance and develop a sourcing strategy to manage vendor relationships.
