Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Validation Services (ref.# 4368)
Job Location: 100 Nassau Park Blvd, Princeton, NJ 08540
Duties: Use experience with: computer system validation (CSV), Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), electronic records/electronic signature regulations, data integrity and related health authority regulations and guidelines; concepts and techniques related to software development to oversee and execute Computer System Validation activities across the Clinical and Regulatory business unit applications to ensure ‘fit for use’ before release to production environment. Ensure adherence to software development practices, compliance, data integrity principles and key information technology (IT) controls. Identify opportunities for simplification and partner with IT Delivery teams and IT Quality to implement simplification. Support inspections and audits (internal and external). Interpret business and industry challenges and recommend best practices-based solutions to improve products, processes, systems. Implement IT controls in accordance with applicable regulations and the ability to evaluate and understand the impact of new regulations and requirements. Participate and represent IT Validation Services in problem management and audit remediation activities. May telecommute 50% of time from any US location.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, computer science, life science or a related field plus 8 years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above, including 8 years of experience in computer systems validation in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3 years of managing/overseeing computer systems validation projects.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $121,295 to $164,105/year, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation is decided based on demonstrated experience.
