Your role
In your role within our Leadership Development team, your responsibilities include the following:
- Understanding business requirements and delivering measurable value through innovative and impactful leadership development initiatives
- Being a strategic partner in supporting the development and implementation of the global leadership development strategy in close collaboration with global stakeholders within and outside HR, in the respective segments and regions
- Taking end to end ownership of developing, executing and tracking leadership development programs, ensuring data-driven insights and high business impact
- Integrating inclusive leadership practices that support diverse teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving collaboration with relevant internal corporate, segment, regional and business stakeholders
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimize the delivery of leadership development initiatives
- Enabling HR units of the individual segments and their HR business partners by identifying needs and implementing targeted leadership development measures alongside supporting local initiatives, projects or workshops in the context of leadership development
- Selecting and managing consultants, third-party training and service providers
- Planning and conducting workshops or other dialogue formats

Your profile
- An educational background in a business-related field of studies with a focus on Psychology, Coaching & Training, Educational Science, or similar
- Extensive experience in developing a holistic, end to end conceptualization, implementation and scaling of global leadership programs/ initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer orientation skills
- Passionate about delivering results and measuring impact
- High cultural sensitivity combined with strong social skills
- Ability to work with a high level of resilience
- Structured, goal-oriented and interdisciplinary way of working
- Relevant experience in managing strategic projects on global scale
- Experience in managing consultants, third-party vendors and service providers
- Knowledge in leadership diagnostics is preferred
- Full proficiency in English, German or any other European language is a plus
