Responsibilities:

The Epic Human we are looking for will;

  • Drive a strong service experience, effectively increasing Owner engagement, satisfaction & loyalty through building relationships and utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, generating referrals from both internal and external partners.
  • Provide coaching and support exclusively to Advisors with a portfolio of higher net-worth Owners; lead a growing team of 10-12 Advisors and Support professionals.
  • Complete trust and estate planning (including developing relationships with community partners e.g., lawyers, accountants, etc.)
  • Lead and provide feedback of corporate/farm/family tax planning and succession issues expected to properly identify and outsource referrals.
  • Act as a Wealth Management and financial planning subject matter expert and Coach.
  • Enhance inter-segment cooperation working directly with Regional Managers in Business Banking, Community Banking, etc., to identify increased sales and referral opportunities, improved service, etc.
  • Have well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle Owner issues and concerns.
  • Have the demonstrated ability to recognize and comment on addressing changing industry trends, market conditions, etc.
  • Complete and verify all required regulatory documentation (e.g., KYC, KYP, NAAF, notes to file, etc.)
  • Work with Vice President Wealth to develop target goals that are clearly defined, measurable, achievable, and aligned to business unit and strategic priorities for Libro.
  • Provide support, feedback, and recommendations to the VP Wealth, Advice & Service Delivery team, and other segments on an ad hoc basis.
  • Demonstrate a professional image that supports and reflects the “Be Libro” statements, Libro Attributes and promotes the culture and brand identity of the organization.

  • A College diploma, or University degree; a focus on business/finance considered beneficial
  • 7+ years relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in an Advisory capacity, ideally with experience with both Investment and Insurance solutions relevant to Wealth Management principles
  • The ability to be registered immediately with CIRO as a “Registered Representative”
  • Your CFP® designation
  • Other relevant industry designations (e.g., CFA, TEP, CLU, etc.) considered beneficial
