• Generate new sales accounts and enhance influential relationship with existing customers/clients
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal with China team
• Make a short orientation of the units to customers and showcustomers the common facilities of the units
• Assistat customers onboard
• Handle daily enquiry and complaint from customer
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Motivate and manage direct sales, local and China to achieve sales growth in emerging markets
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
• Recommending improvements to increase customers satisfy and service quality.
