Description:

This job supports the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management’s (TADM) efforts to manage employment disputes effectively and efficiently. The candidate is required to develop and drive new initiatives to enhance the department’s operational and manpower capabilities. The candidate is also required to adopt a data-driven approach to review business processes and make recommendations. The candidate will need to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy development or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to analyze and contextualize issues to identify problems and propose recommendations.
  • Being able to adopt a forward-looking and strategic perspective in developing and implementing initiatives.
  • Good in written and verbal communications, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Prior experience in research and analysis work, as well as knowledge of Tableau, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and review key business strategies and processes, to continually improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse key corporate statistics to enable effective monitoring of operations, early detection of emerging issues and deriving new insights and trends.
  • Support management in the corporate planning process. This includes formulating corporate plans to set corporate direction and strategies, ensuring business units align to corporate objectives, and monitoring and reporting business performance.
  • Plan and organise corporate-wide events such as the work planning sessions, team bonding event and staff engagement sessions.
  • Support efforts in promoting corporate governance and ensuring compliance with internal policies and SOPs. This includes working with the external auditor on audits and supporting enterprise risk management by working with various stakeholders to identify gaps, review risks, and implement risk management measures.Perform secretariat duties for senior management meetings.
