General Description
The Senior Manager Market Access will define and execute the Market Access plan at national, regional and local level and supports the Director of Market Access for the market access of BeiGene’s products in Germany and Austria.
Essential Functions Of The Job
- AMNOG management is a key responsibility: Advice meeting, dossier preparation acc.
- 35a SGB V, hearing process, price negotiation.
- Internal AMNOG expert: Input for Phase II and III clinical trials, early advice meeting with G-BA.
- Define, develop, and execute market access initiatives & strategic pricing & reimbursement contracts for the products at national, regional and hospital levels.
- Elaborate negotiation tools and coordinate negotiation strategies for the products at national, regional and local levels.
- Supporting the preparation of various negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
- Creation of a network of national and regional decision-makers and opinion leaders.
- Sales support in terms of training and development of tools for sales team.
- Monitors, analyzes, and communicates x-functionally relevant health policy changes and trends on national and regional level.
- Drives strategic direction, in close collaboration with critical key functions, to support product launch and its performance while monitoring progress against targets and efficiently managing the budget assigned.
- Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct).
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Master’s in Science or Business
- At least 5 years’ experience in the pharma industry
- Profound knowledge of the National health system and understanding of the payer system and reimbursement challenges and opportunities in Germany and Austria, including experience in HTA dossier submissions and price negotiations
- Knowledge and leadership of relationships with key stakeholders for the pharmaceutical industry at all levels
- Demonstrate deep scientific knowledge capacity
- Holistic and strategic vision
- Persuasive communication with high presentation skills
- Fluency in English both oral and written communications
- Computer skills MS Office programs
Travel: Approximately 30% of time
