Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of related experience within the Pharmaceutical or Consumer industries
  • Supply Chain Planning experience, Knowledge of/exposure to ERP, ideally SAP BW reporting, and related supply chain planning systems and data analysis tools (ex-Tableau, Excel)
  • Understands Forecasting and Demand Planning process and KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE etc)
  • Understanding of financial terms (P&L, Budget etc) and key business drivers impacting Operations
  • Understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory industries
  • Basic operational understanding of Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures (regulatory/ financial /EHS

Responsibilities:

Serving as primary interface between the local Market and Global Supply Chain.
Responsible for the in-market management, coordination, and communication of finished goods supply health for assigned markets/customers and local representatives.
Serve, along with the Country CPSO Director, as the main point of contact with Market Partners. Prepare and execute robust Market S&OP and along with the coordination of the STEM process within CPSO

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate supply strategies between markets/customers and OpU Supply Chain to drive exceptional customer service and market performance.
  • Strengthen relationships with Markets/Customers and Supply teams to ensure customer-focused orientation and meet market demand.
  • Communicate with key BMS stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and support process improvement.
  • Assist CPSO Country/Cluster Director with Market level S&OP preparation and execution.
  • Support government tenders, direct import programs, DC transfers, and clinical supply requests with local market partners.
  • Facilitate New Product Introductions and serve as a conduit for the New Product Launch team.
  • Collaborate with SCPLs, NSPs, and Demand Planning to incorporate market demand changes into production plans.
  • Assist NSPs with regulatory/artwork changes to minimize obsolescence and avoid supply risks.
  • Support product discontinuation with OpU SC, Regulatory, Business Units, and market stakeholders.
  • Provide input into quarterly inventory projections and budgeting, highlighting forecast trends and addressing supply site queries.
