Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join us in London.
Integral to the business strategy, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive internal and external communications, marketing, and commercial strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the Liberty Financial Services (LFS) business.
This includes the creation and management of the new LFS brand, the development of marketing campaigns and materials, the implementation of the go-to-market strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy for LFS, ensuring it is clearly positioned and differentiated in the market. Cultivate a strong brand identity that resonates with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to raise brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales efforts.
  • Oversee the company website and all digital marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent brand message and optimal user experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry partners, and community organizations.
  • Develop and execute an integrated communication strategy that informs, engages, and inspires both employees and external audiences.
  • Produce high-quality content (e.g., press releases, internal newsletters, social media posts) that effectively communicates the LFS brand and value proposition.
  • Manage media relationships, secure press coverage, and respond to media inquiries.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead initiatives to create a high-performing and inclusive culture within LFS, ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and aligned with the company’s vision and values.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing, communications, and commercial activities.

We tend to look for people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a senior marketing or communications role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with brand management, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and go-to-market strategies is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker. Excellent copy writing and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent storyteller. Problem solver, comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and communication plans.
