About the role.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Tommy Hilfiger is responsible for planning and executing the hub marketing plan, within the framework provided by the Regional Marketing Team, to ensure a consistent, on-brand experience across all different touchpoints for our local consumer across the hub (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics).
Overseeing campaign roll outs across O&O Retail channel, wholesale partners and pure players, this role will ensure a strong set of marketing activations are in place to drive brand awareness, consideration, visibility and ultimately sales of our brands whilst always looking to identify additional and new innovative opportunities.
The holistic consumer plan includes activations at all consumer touchpoints and best in class influencer’s engine, to make sure the brand moments and commercial moments are clearly supported.

Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to

  • Ensure local marketing roll-out: plan activations for O&O retail, wholesale, and pure player within the framework provided and constantly referring back to the PVH+ Plan and connection to consumer whilst ensuring alignment with the Regional Marketing Team
  • Take advantage of relevant local communications and influencer opportunities and coordinate the local comms, influencer and talent initiatives to create impactful plans to drive business impact
  • Prepare and present together with the Marketing Hub Lead, the hub marketing plan for approval by the Regional Marketing Team
  • Collaborate, together with the Marketing hub lead, with strategic partners and retail to leverage their channels and capabilities as brand amplifiers
  • Understand local consumer trends and insights. Identify opportunities to grow and work closely with the Regional Marketing Team to capture and feed into future plans whilst constantly analyzing brand positioning
  • Oversee marketing responsibilities to guide sales teams during the GTM process. Be a strong business partner with Wholesale and Retail; understanding commercial needs to execute local marketing plans that deliver business priorities
  • Be a brand guardian in market. Collaborate and explore new ways to provide the most elevated and premium brand experience across all channels
  • Measure impact of investments: KPI’s and ROI’s on all channels. Manage local marketing budget in partnership with Marketing hub lead, keeping track on spend and identify ways to drive more profitable marketing investments. Support with budget planning on an annual base

About you.

  • You’ll hold a University Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Marketing or equivalent in experience
  • You’ll have experience in Marketing, Retail/ Wholesale Marketing, or working in a Marketing Agency
  • You’ll have strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams in line with the PVH Leadership behaviors. You’ll be an experienced people manager; displaying the ability to lead, Inspire Trust and develop more junior team members. Being able to Cultivate Belonging by bringing teams together and move forward without friction
  • You’ll have deep knowledge and insights into the fashion industry and Stay Curious to keep abreast with market trends, future consumer behavior and e-commerce
  • You’ll Connect to Consumers, being led by consumer centric thinking and commercial understanding
  • You’ll Act with Purpose by being highly organised and having experience managing complex projects
  • You’ll display a hands-on mentality working with a variety of Wholesale Customers, understanding and anticipating their needs to drive impact across their channelsYou’ll have hands-on experience working with marketing tools and software to translate work resources into efficiency and utilizing data to Make Informed Decisions

  • You’ll be required to travel to London, Copenhagen and Amsterdam at least once per month for team and market visits
