JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Manager - Mechanical to lead our mechanical engineering division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and management of mechanical systems across various projects. You will play a key role in strategizing and implementing innovative solutions that ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. As a leader, you will mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, leading teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, analysis, and implementation.
• Experience with relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Oversee mechanical design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Lead a team of engineers in the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to provide innovative solutions.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules.
