  • Organizational/ account management skills and experience
  • Well versed in social and digital ad development and ad types.
  • Strong analytical skills/budget management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of traditional media.
  • Agency or Brand Experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Manager, Media and Marketing Communications to join our in-house media team. The role will help coordinate, activate, and optimize media campaigns and with specific emphasis on agency management, capitalizing on User Generated Content, and recommending media creative best practices. The ideal candidate has a passion for media and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Director of Media, SIMON Property Group.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support media team to ensure all SIMON media campaigns are placed and results/reporting are provided accordingly.
  • Work with Field Marketing, Internal SIMON departments, and Agency Teams to organize, plan, and activate media campaigns
  • Works with media agency to effectively manage and track national media budgets
  • Meet regularly with agencies, production partners, and internal teams to provide direction on development of campaign assets (produced and user generated)
  • Review media campaign data, prepare reports/insights, and optimize media strategy based on data-driven results.
  • Manage SIMON assets across both internal and external media campaigns
  • Communicates paid media expectations and day-to-day operations with outside agencies
  • Stay up to date on social trends, culture, emerging social channels, and the competitive landscape.
  • Building and maintaining SharePoint (centralized hub) for efficiency and successful collaboration
  • Meets with prospective vendors & provides recaps and POVs
  • Stay current with media industry trends and advertising best practices
