Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, manage requisitions, and work closely with senior leaders to facilitate strategic hiring that drives our growth in key markets. This role reports to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, located in our headquarter office in Sunnyvale, California.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Asia Pacific, focusing on key regions including Singapore, Australia, Japan, and Saipan.
Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
Oversee the management of requisitions, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet the needs of the business.
Foster an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance our recruitment processes and employer brand in the region.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and address challenges within the talent acquisition process.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the enterprise SaaS industry.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific talent market, with experience in Singapore, Australia and Japan being highly desirable.
Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence recruitment decisions at a strategic level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to drive recruitment strategies.
