We have our own eCom and a strong distribution channel, including major retailers and specialist stores in our network across 100 markets. With this role, we are taking the next step in driving operational excellence, optimizing channel programs, and improving partner experience. Reporting to the EMEA Sales VP and with a dotted line to the Director of Global Operations, you will be close to the business with a mission to make it more efficient and effective.

YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

• 3-5 years in a similar position working across EMEA
• Experience with ERP transitions and optimising flows and processes
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), IT infrastructure, 3PL and EDI integrations
• Qliksense and Dynamics 365
• Leadership skills

As our Senior Manager, Operations EMEA you are responsible for the flow of products across the EMEA market, the structure of warehouses, and setting KPIs driving towards operational excellence. The position also leads the way we work across order management, logistics, and repair of products in the EMEA region, with some areas also linked to the APAC region.
