The Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for operational leadership and accountability for operations functions of assigned business units. The Senior Manager of Operations directs the business and management services for assigned business units, departments and staff. Responsible for oversight of operational activities to include program development and improvement. Plans, organizes, manages, and directs program management improvement activities in support of region, division and organization priorities and initiatives. Participates with senior leadership in formulating, administering, and evaluating operations strategy and policy. Represents region/division committees and Providence-level groups when needed. Supports the mission and core values of Providence through responsible and effective work performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years in a healthcare business related field
• 3 years of recent management or leadership experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Valid Alaska CNA or RN license
