What you’ll do…
The Customer Delivery Acceleration team is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations to support program management and strategy implementation for key workstreams for our e-Commerce Delivery business. This role will be an integral part of the team as we look to execute our strategy over the next 18 months and report out to executives along the way.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.

• Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
• Manage the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements
