The OCM team within the Accelerate ERP program is responsible for leading the overall organization change management approach for deployment groups and key stakeholders. The change lead will collaborate with the business leaders to understand stakeholders and impacts, plan and deliver OCM plans for major deployments across the globe.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AT STRYKER?

Organization Change Management: work with deployment group teams to define and execute change plans to enable a successful transformation journey.
Stakeholder management: partner with business leaders to understand their unique people readiness challenges. Manage multiple stakeholder groups from executive sponsors, business leaders, deployment group team member, process owners and power users to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
User engagement and adoption: facilitate the people side of process and technology changes to ensure end users are ready for go-live and adoption occurs.
