Description:

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Manager, Outbound Logistics leads a team and partners very closely with Red Bull’s third-party logistics provider to ensure Red Bull product is delivered to our Distributor, RBDC, & Direct Customer warehouses on-time, in-full, and at a competitive cost.
The Sr. Manager, Outbound Logistics’ team is a customer support function for the Order Management & Sales teams, assisting with logistics-related problem solving, carrier performance management, freight claims, customer inquiries, & customer invoice deduction management.
This team is also responsible for day-to-day oversight of the transportation operation at Red Bull’s Lagerhaus location. They work closely with the Lagerhaus Operations team to ensure the carrier trailer pool is properly maintained, and carrier performance meets stringent standards.
You will also coordinate both internally and externally to forecast & plan adequate outbound transportation capacities across the Red Bull network to support core & promotional volume activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field
5+ years of experience in Logistics roles such as: Logistics Manager, Transportation Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Planner, Transportation Planner, Carrier Development, Logistics Analyst, Supply Chain Manager, Operations Manager
Self-motivated team member who can drive issue resolution with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Analytical skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs, monitor for trends, and identify areas of opportunity to improve cost and execution performance.
Strong time management skills to prioritize projects & tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing or working for third-party logistics providers, carriers, or brokers.
Experience with ERP, TM, & WMS software (SAP &/or Mercury Gate preferred)
Advanced user in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
