Description:

IDEAL CANDIDATE’S MUST HAVES:

  • Experience of working in a demanding and profit driven corporate/business, fundraising, sales or marketing environment.
  • Understanding the corporate fundraising sector and raising funds and awareness from partnerships
  • Experience of developing and building profitable client/donor relationships within large and complex organisations/companies
  • Experience of managing high value and complex partnerships

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Deputy Director- Relationship Fundraising you will lead a team focused on securing profitable new corporate partnerships!

Starting Salary: £43,657.25-£50,785.83

Some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Proactively lead and manage the development of new business proposals in collaboration with Children’s Services colleagues in order to maximise income, support and awareness for Barnardo’s through an effective new business development plan.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure effective delivery of corporate partnership objectives and financial targets
  • Develop a business development plan to achieve personal and team income targets
  • Devise, implement and test new fundraising mechanisms & activities, team policies and procedures
  • Deliver a highly professional service to corporate partnerships by focusing on the Corporate’s needs.
