WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking an agile, process-oriented HR manager with a demonstrable background in HR operations and/or business process management.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices
- Experience with HRIS and data management; familiarity with Workday would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrable abilities in leading change initiatives
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Management and leadership capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honed ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
G-Research is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its People Operations team.
Reporting into the Head of People Operations and Technology, you will lead a high-performing team tasked with delivering effective HR operations, covering payroll and benefits, data management and on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring timely processing of all payroll and benefits
- Developing and continuously improving robust HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and market aligned
- Working closely with teams within our Legal and People Functions to develop policies and procedures that are compliant across geographies
- Maintaining accurate employee data and records using our HRIS (Workday)
- Utilising data analytics to identify and assess trends, predict potential issues and drive decision making
- Managing and enhancing our on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring successful integration of new hires and effective management of all leavers
- Leading a team of HR Administrators and Analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
