QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Psychology, Economics, Operations

Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. (PhD preferred)

  • 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g.,

Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 6 years of work experience with a

PhD degree. .

  • 3 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience successfully partnering with senior leaders to drive

improved outcomes for the business through analytics.

  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders that tell a compelling story using analytics

relevant to the audience.

  • Experience with employees and organizational data is preferred required
  • Advanced People Analytics domain knowledge required
  • Preference will be given to published researchers
  • Discretion and experience working with sensitive and confidential data
  • Training in a quantitative field, computer science, economics, or other relevant fields.
  • Advanced SQL , querying, data mining & cleaning skills
  • Expert Experience with R or Python is required
  • Experience building Machine Learning Models
