An opportunity has risen in Operations Department for a Senior Manager - Performance and Business Analytics.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Knowledge of third-party reporting and dashboarding tools
• Knowledge of how to design an enterprise data solution.
• Knowledge Microsoft reporting and data management environments.
• Ability to develop data architectures to address complex business problems.
• Skill in deriving insight from data and providing in-depth summary that feeds into strategic decision making.
• Knowledge of developing Insight and data strategy
• Leading team to produce reporting/analytics products including foundational data models and data warehouses.
• Leading data, reporting and analytical programmes
• Relevant professional / vocational qualifications and portfolio of relevant work experience.
  We are looking for a Senior Manager - Performance and Business Analytics who has excellent time management and organisational skills are a must to succeed in this role, alongside the desire to assist the department to grow moving forward. You will need to be reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude and be respectful when dealing with internal and external customers. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to work alongside other members of the team and take ownership for the tasks you are given

Provide business analytics and insight to The Kennel Club to enable fact-based decision making. Ensure ‘single source of truth’ for data and interpretation, work with the business on requirements gathering to ensure the appropriate data, reporting, information and analysis is available to support product development and project prioritisation. Develop and deliver high quality performance reporting including analysis and interpretation to support the Board, Executive and leadership group.
