Responsibilities:
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT?
The Senior Manager – Experience Execution Support is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and scaling of initiatives aimed at enhancing both the patient and team experience across pharmacy locations. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to review, plan, and communicate the ongoing Pharmacy Operations priorities to Central office and field teams. This role focuses on optimizing frontline implementation, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that execution of initiatives align with broader strategic goals.-
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Act as Field Insight Lead, identifying best practices and documenting strategies to improve pharmacy experience. Turn learnings into new initiatives for rollout in coordination with field teams.
- Lead communication strategies with field teams, offering clear updates on priorities, field support, and performance metrics.
- Manage the strategic roadmap and coordinate in-store initiatives with field teams to elevate pharmacy operations and patient experience.
- Present to senior leader’s progress and results of initiatives intended to improve pharmacy experience
- Consolidate feedback from field teams, updating and iterating on initiatives as needed to meet frontline goals effectively.
- Maintain a centralized repository for scaling best practices, improvement steps, and issue resolution across the organization.
- Oversee intake and prioritization of key pharmacy initiatives, working with corporate stakeholders to align resources and define implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to coordinate pilot programs focused on clinic and patient support, ensuring they align with organizational goals.-
