As the Senior Manager - Enterprise Systems and Data Portfolio, you will directly support the DCOE by ensuring effective governance of the entire Enterprise Systems and Data portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. Additionally, you will ensure that cross-functional dependencies are connected and coordinated at a portfolio level, working collaboratively with the IT Function leads and project/ product teams as required.
As the senior portfolio manager, you will prepare and lead portfolio management forums to provide visibility on the portfolio’s progress and performance, while highlighting key risks, dependencies and decisions required. You will report on the portfolio spend as well as value realization and financial benefits, working closely with Finance and IT functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Masters Degree preferred
• PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner preferred
• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
• 5 years of experience as an IT Portfolio Manager working with both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Experience as an Agile Product owner with Lean Portfolio Management is an advantage.
• Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis
• Ability to travel up to 25%

• Responsible for overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts
