Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for our Process Excellence and Process Mining (PEM) track to build and lead a team of consultants in providing exceptional service to our clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including project management, client engagement, and team development. You will work closely with the PEM Director to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Process Mining, with a strong track record of managing client relationships, leading projects, and developing teams.
You should be an expert in at least one area of the following Process Mining tools: Celonis, Apromore, UiPath, Appian or Singavio. And to have expertise in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
This role can be based in Australia or India. Other Asia Pacific locations can be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.
  • Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
  • Understanding client needs and exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.
  • Building and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings.
