Responsibilities:

  • Production Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking production strategy and vision that aligns with Tonal’s mission and business objectives in regards to member engagement. Assess strategic initiatives, map resources accordingly, and provide input and tradeoffs to manager.
  • Studio Leadership: Oversees the New York City studio operations, including content production, stage scheduling, day-to-day management of studio resources including building facilities, stage, and technology. Ensures a seamless, well-equipped, and efficient working environment aligned with our professional, cultural, and creative excellence standards.
