We are looking for a Senior Manager, QA/QC, and Regulatory to develop, monitor, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure that the quality and compliance of our products meet our clients’ expectations and country regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve product specifications and ensure completeness for production.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation (specifications, ingredient lists, testing reports) for clients.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by managing documentation for product registration and quality assurance.
- Train and communicate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers on product testing, regulatory compliance, country specific compliance, and client requirements.
- Develop and analyze product evaluations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create inspection plans based on in-process controls and monitor quality control by providing inspection criteria and shipment releases.
- Conduct QC inspections on incoming goods and oversee production quality checks.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), advise on regulatory artwork requirements, and sign off on artwork for all projects for compliance.
- Attend development meetings to monitor quality and regulatory tasks, and ensure testing and inspection for orders are set up.
- Review samples and inspection documents for final QA release on shipments and manage quality support training.
