Consisting of three key brands - FASTEN Packaging, Orchard Custom Beauty, and Roberts Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, QA/QC, and Regulatory to develop, monitor, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure that the quality and compliance of our products meet our clients’ expectations and country regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve product specifications and ensure completeness for production.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance by managing documentation for product registration and quality assurance.
  • Train and communicate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers on product testing, regulatory compliance, country specific compliance, and client requirements.
  • Develop and analyze product evaluations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Create inspection plans based on in-process controls and monitor quality control by providing inspection criteria and shipment releases.
  • Conduct QC inspections on incoming goods and oversee production quality checks.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), advise on regulatory artwork requirements, and sign off on artwork for all projects for compliance.
  • Attend development meetings to monitor quality and regulatory tasks, and ensure testing and inspection for orders are set up.
  • Review samples and inspection documents for final QA release on shipments and manage quality support training.
