Senior Manager, QA / UAT - Asia Pacific (APACx)
Hilton’s Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China & Mongolia, APACx) Product & Technology team is responsible for creating hospitality experiences of the future that delights our guests, owners, and team members. Through human centric CX and technology strategy, planning, development, deployment, and continuous support, the regional team creates new digital experiences from concept to production. A successful candidate will help us drive digital localization and personalization forward, support our continued growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.

• Oversee end-to-end testing – including but not limited to unit, integration, systems, regression, and performance testing.
• Ensure thorough test case creation and execution for each stage of the software development cycle
• Lead and manage UAT planning and execution ensuring that business requirements are validated against actual product functionality
• Facilitate UAT sign-offs and ensure clear communication with stakeholder on the results and next steps
• Analyze testing results and provide actional feedback to development teams for improvements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, business, tech, and vendors
• Provide regular status updates to senior management on quality metrics and testing progress
• Evaluate and select vendors based on factors such as price, quality and delivery speed
• Manage and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and prevention of recurring issues
• Automate testing wherever possible
• Develop and implement best practices for QA and UAT processes across multiple projects and business unit
