Description:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in telecom RAN roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of LTE, 5G NR, and legacy technologies.
- Expertise in RF planning, network optimization, and performance management.
- Knowledge of tools like TEMS, Atoll, Planet, or similar.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for addressing technical and operational challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
