SENIOR MANAGER RECRUITMENT - TRANSFORMATION (INITIAL 12 MONTH FTC)

SUMMARY:

The Senior Recruitment Manager is a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes across New Verticals which includes Customer Care, Deliveroo Hop, Grocery and Retail. This role involves advanced strategic planning, managing recruitment teams, and partnering with high-level stakeholders to ensure that recruitment practices align with the company’s global standards and diversity initiatives. The Senior Recruitment Manager also plays a critical role in change management and leveraging data analytics to drive recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a dual role in which, In addition to managing a team of 5 recruiters and the day to day recruitment delivery, the Senior Manager will also lead a programme of Talent Acquisition Transformation initiatives including the implementation of candidate assessment tooling to automate the pipeline generation and assessment across our Site Operations roles globally.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years experience managing a team of recruiters (7 years experience in total)
  • Recruitment experience in recruiting entry level/operational roles at scale internationally.
  • Project/Program management experience
  • Experience with recruitment transformation and tooling
  • Passionate about the latest developments in automated hiring using AI or other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management responsibilities

  • Proactively develops and influences stakeholders on recruitment strategy for the department.
  • Leads talent acquisition planning in accordance with the company’s budgeting and planning cycles.
  • Provides meaningful input and business/market insight during business reviews with Senior and/or Executive Leadership.
  • Builds and retains a team of high performing recruiters to meet key KPIs and delivery objectives.

Project management responsibilities

  • Drives a program of transformation to increase recruitment team efficiency by eliminating manual processes and fully automating the pipeline generation and candidate assessment for operational roles.
  • Owns the vendor selection and management process for automation of recruitment processes.
  • Ensure the solutions are relevant, scalable and compliant across all the countries that we hire into.
