EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of developing attractive client propositions that lead to revenue opportunities for the business.
- Significant financial services experience across key areas of regulatory focus, acting as a subject matter expert on several of the items on the regulatory agenda.
- Good working knowledge of Consumer Duty and outcome testing.
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulation and how this is practically applied within a financial services business context.
- Experience undertaking market research to identify opportunities.
- Ability to work with key stakeholders in challenging / outcome driven environment.
- Experience managing and influencing stakeholders
- Experience managing work in line with risk, quality and governance processes.
- Highly effective written and in person presentation skills.
- Must have excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for undertaking sector research to identify appropriate resource augmentation product and proposition opportunities for the business to position with clients.
- Evaluate and develop compelling propositions for our customers
- Develop a plan to deliver the product roadmap for the existing proposition and future product development that aligns with and delivers our client’s objectives
- Business case formation including expected ROI and benefits realisation planning
- Carry out assessments of our target market at least annually to ensure our propositions remain current and relevant to the market.
- Review promptly upon the identification of any event that could materially affect the potential risk to the target market
- Fulfil Stakeholder expectations and requirements through considered Stakeholder Management activities and interactions.
- Work closely with the BDO RS Sales, marketing and operational teams to ensure understanding and buy in to propositions, continuously enhancing the approach and ways of working and engagement.
- Work closely with the wider BDO business to understand and identify opportunities for collaboration, ensuring our offerings compliment the wider one advisory strategy.
- Provide high-quality delivery status reporting which meets the needs of the audience e.g., Board, Management team.
