What role will you play?
In your role as Senior Manager, Fund Management, Reinsurance, you will engage deeply with both internal and external partners to oversee the finance and operations within the Reinsurance investment framework. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the operational processes for new reinsurance transactions, facilitating treaty negotiations, onboarding new clients and treaties, ensuring accurate asset management, and overseeing the documentation and tracking of contractual obligations. Additionally, you will manage ongoing reinsurance treaties, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, coordinating investment trading activity, managing collateral, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting and fee invoicing. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of data and information flow within the Insurance Capital Solutions platform, working closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and effective communication.
What you offer
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex structures autonomously in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with automation or digitalization projects, showcasing your ability to innovate and improve processes.
- A strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, complemented by over 8 years of relevant experience in insurance/reinsurance finance and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 17, with a preference for candidates who have experience in investment accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel, enabling you to manage and analyze data effectively.
