OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior Manager Retail Operations (Maternity Leave Contract) to join our Vancouver HQ! This 14-month maternity leave position plays a pivotal role in supporting our growing retail presence and teams. In this key role, you’ll be the crucial link between our HQ and Retail Leadership by providing operational support, expertise and communication plans, driving business objectives to meet key timelines and deliverables. Salary Range: $106,000 - $119,000

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years in retail operations support
• 6+ years in project or program management
• Experience working for an omnichannel retailer and understands the retail pillars (people management, sales management, visual merchandising, marketing, logistics, IT and third party management)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to senior leadership
• Experience in building processes from the ground up
• Demonstrated consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
• Creative problem solving skills and a customer centric mindset
