Description:
POSITION DETAILS
The Senior Manager, Risk and Secretariat is a key leadership role responsible for:
- Overseeing the commission’s risk management framework, including strategic risk registers, business continuity planning, and compliance with the Victorian Government Risk Management Framework.
- Managing all aspects of secretariat functions, ensuring high standards of governance, records administration, and effective committee operations.
- Leading compliance activities, including annual attestations, divisional assessments, and staff training to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Supporting significant stakeholder coordination, including ministerial briefings and alignment with broader government objectives.
- Driving the successful implementation of a transformative technology solution in 2025, requiring strong project management and change leadership skills.
