SENIOR MANAGER SALES EXCELLENCE AND DATA ANALYTICS
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Excellence and Data Analytics to join our Commercial Excellence team, driving business growth through actionable insights, analytics, and innovative sales practices.
As the Senior Manager of Sales Excellence and Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Fazer’s Commercial Units (CUs) by enhancing sales excellence, data analytics, and insights. You will leverage market, POS, and shopper data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, driving efficiency across CUs and Business Units (BUs). Additionally, you will lead sales development projects and optimize processes to elevate performance globally. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advancing Net Revenue Management by translating data into strategic actions.
WHAT DO WE HOPE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM?
We are looking for someone who can provide data-driven insights and recommendations to effortlessly implement sales strategies across global markets. Your close collaboration with dynamic teams will turn commercial strategies into actionable steps using 360-degree insights and intelligence. With 5-7 years of experience in Sales Excellence and Revenue Growth Management, you will lead and enhance sales processes across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize sales strategies.
Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, data analytics, business administration, or a related field. Proficiency in data modelling, programming, and AI-generated data is essential. Moreover, substantial sales experience in the FMCG sector and international markets will be highly valued.
To thrive in this role, you need strong skills in sales strategy development, an analytical and data-driven mindset, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. You manage leadership in team environments, oversee strategic alignment of finance ICT efforts, and maintain a meticulous, organized working style. Having a proactive and results-driven mindset is vital as well as a high level of English proficiency, with Swedish and/or Finnish language skills being advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- developing and raising the level of sales excellence across CUs by leveraging data analytics and insights (Market, POS, and Shopper data), and leading the adoption of automated data processes, utilizing AI and advanced analytics tools to streamline operations and decision-making.

This full-time and permanent role can either be located in our HQ in Vantaa, Helsinki or in our Stockholm, Sweden office.
