• Manage and oversee security operations for high-profile projects, ensuring a robust security posture that addresses dynamic threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and security service providers, to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, threat analysis, and security audits to identify weaknesses and recommend enhancements.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels across all levels of the organization, promoting a culture of security awareness.
• Lead incident response efforts, including documentation and reporting of security breaches, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Develop security policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with industry standards and NEOM specifications.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance the security knowledge and skills of personnel within the organization.
• Set performance goals and objectives for the security team, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Prepare and present security reports and updates to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging security trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, incorporating relevant updates into security practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of experience in security management with a focus on operational and strategic planning.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale security operations, preferably in a senior managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies, physical security systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing expectations and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Formal education in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; certifications in security management are a plus.
• Experience in high-stakes environments, such as military or law enforcement, is highly regarded.
