Description:
We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Manager to join our Singapore Pools Academy (SgPA) team. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Director, the incumbent will lead the development, implementation and execution of organization-wide learning and development strategies.

Responsibilities:
- You will lead the overall implementation of the learning strategy of Singapore Pools:
- you will lead the development and implementation of the enterprise learning road map in alignment with business needs.
- you will identify learning interventions that support staff development articulated in Individual Development Plan.
- you will identify and implement alternative/ hybrid technologies (e.g. eLearning, blended learning) & processes (e.g. action learning, community of practices) that reinforce transfer of learning to the workplace.
- you will Build functional trainers’ facilitation capabilities.
- you will partner with business leaders to design and deliver learning solutions to enable high performance and team excellence.
- You will partner with government agencies to align and support national agenda in workforce development.
- You will partner with IHLs to deliver high quality of learning solutions that lead to micro credentialling and national recognition.
- You will partner with learning partners to augment learning resources.
- You will partner with Singapore Pools’ charity partners to extend SgPA’s learning assets and optimize skills-based giving.
- You will extend E-learning materials that support digital transformation at Social Service Organisations.
- You will extend iLearn and iInnovate programs to enable process improvements through automation and digitalization.
- You will lead a team of professional trainers that serve as learning partners to business units to ensure learning roadmaps are relevant and implemented.
- You will assure learning dashboard to enable business leaders in managing learning budget and IDPs.
- You will advise people managers on learning needs analysis, experiential learning designs and solutioning.
- You will curate programmes that support SPPL’s strategic themes of Digitalisation, Customer Care, Best People.
- You will enable innovation culture through relevant learning programmes and experiential learning.
