Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow an efficient and high performing diverse software development organization with a culture of agile development focused on developing best-in-class media entertainment experiences.
  • Foster an inclusive culture for all our team members.
  • Ensure high consumer satisfaction through the development and operation of large-scale, high-reliability services.
  • Attract and retain the high-caliber Software Engineering talent needed to deliver against SiriusXM’s Product Roadmap through high-performance, on-time and on-budget development programs.
  • Work closely with the automotive efforts to assist in bringing the next class of IP technology to the Automotive market.
  • Work with the contributors on your team and your peers to ensure technical best practices are constantly developed and enforced.
  • Collect and provide feedback from your team that ensures our SDLC is followed and constantly being improved.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and be an agent of change.
  • Identify opportunities to create new products and services that meet current and prospective market opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • This role will manage a geographically dispersed team.
