We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead GoDaddy’s Care Engineering Team in delivering features for AI initiatives and developing customer service solutions. As a key member of our team, you will lead talented engineers focused on building intelligent chatbots, automation tools, and real-time analytics to transform the customer support experience.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE…
- 10+ years of software development, with a strong technical background as a full-stack engineer and exposure to DevOps practices.
- Managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented culture.
- Agile software development methodologies and a commitment to software craftsmanship principles.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, such as large language models, conversational agents, and predictive analytics, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and a range of data storage and processing technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance our Care (customer service and sales) platform, including AI-powered applications and contact (call) center solutions.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and software craftsmanship.
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable software delivery through the application of best practices in areas like domain-driven design, testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Drive the overall technical and organizational strategy for the Care Engineering US team.
- Represent the Care’s AI initiatives to external partners and contribute to the broader AI community.
